Enjoy beautiful ocean and mountain views. This modern 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect space for a Cape Town getaway. Only a minute walk to the Mojo Market, two minutes from the famous Sea Point Promenade and public Swimming Pool and a 15 min walk to Saunders Rock Pool. Situated in a secure building with access to a garage and a parking bay.

We recently aquired this property and will have it up and running for guests from early November. The Master bedroom will have a kingsize bed and a working station. The second bedroom will have twin beds that can be split or placed together. Our lounge area is very big, with a comfortable couch and a daybed that can also sleep two guests. The kitchen will be fitted with all necessary amenities.

The apartment has a very spacious balcony where guests can enjoy breakfast or Sundowners.

We offer the free use of 4 Promenade Cruise bicycles. (stored in the Garage for you) We as well provide bicycle locks free of charge. Guests can park in our private garage and may also park a second car in front of the garage.
